What is a mobile notary?
A mobile notary travels to your home, office, hospital, nursing facility, or another agreed-upon location to notarize your documents, saving you the time and inconvenience of traveling to a traditional office.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled online through our booking page or by calling (901) 218-8099.
What should I have ready before the appointment?
Please have: Your unsigned document (unless instructed otherwise) A valid government-issued photo ID Any required witnesses (if applicable) All signers present
How long does an appointment take?
Most general notary appointments take 15–30 minutes. Loan signings and larger document packages typically take 45–90 minutes.
Identification
What forms of identification are accepted?
Examples include: Driver's License State ID U.S. Passport Military ID Your ID must be current or otherwise acceptable under Tennessee law.
Do all signers need to be present?
Yes. Every person whose signature is being notarized must appear in person with valid identification.

Can you notarize wills?
We can notarize signatures on wills when appropriate under Tennessee law. However, we cannot provide legal advice or determine whether notarization is required.

Payments
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept: Cash Credit/Debit Cards Zelle ACH Check (if applicable) Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
How much does a mobile notary appointment cost?
Tennessee notarial fees apply. Mobile travel fees vary depending on distance, appointment time, and location. Contact us for a personalized quote.
Loan Signings
What is a loan signing?
A loan signing is the notarization and execution of mortgage and real estate documents. We work with title companies, lenders, signing services, and borrowers to facilitate accurate and professional closings.
Can you explain my loan documents?
No. As a Notary Signing Agent, we cannot provide legal or financial advice or interpret loan documents. Questions about your documents should be directed to your lender or title company.
Before Your Appointment
Can I sign my document before the appointment?
In most cases, no. Wait until instructed by the notary to sign the document.
Can incomplete documents be notarized?
No. Documents should be complete before notarization. Blank spaces that could affect the document's meaning should be filled in prior to your appointment.
Can you notarize without identification?
No. Valid identification is required for every notarization.
